What emotions can an artwork engender in the individual viewer? This roundtable conversation will consider the conditions under which memorable, even profound or life-changing art experiences can arise. The speakers will also discuss the role of an empty, open space for contemplation, in which the viewer can experience an act of creation akin to the creative act of the artist.
